By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

All commissions are intended for your personal use only if unspecified. Book covers are automatically classified as commercial usage, which is defined as the usage of the art for marketing, promotion, or design of a product or service that results or intends to result in financial gain.When making a commercial order, you have the right to use the piece ONLY as your book cover, and nothing else. If you want commercial usage for other purposes (i.e. stickers, merchandise, items, clothing, prints, posters, NFTs, distribution of book covers in a print deal, etc.), please contact me and we can work out a deal.

Unless specified otherwise, I will send you an invoice when it's your turn and I will not start your commission until I receive a nonrefundable 50% deposit. Alternatively, you can choose full payment upfront. If I don't receive your deposit within 72 hours after the invoice has been sent, I will move on to the next client and you will be put at the end of the waiting list. After I receive your full payment, I will show you a preview of the finished product and send the finished HD file to you via your preferred channel of communication.

Commissions cannot be cancelled unless I feel I am unable to fulfill your request satisfactorily - I would tell you upfront about this BEFORE you make your nonrefundable deposit so that you could find another artist. If you decide to cancel a commission after paying the nonrefundable deposit, you will not receive a refund for it. Refunds of the finished product are not available.

You get unlimited free revisions during the sketch stage (within reason). After that, no revisions will be made to layout and design. Minor revisions are still possible afterwards, however I reserve the right to refuse revisions after the sketch stage.

The turnaround time for each piece is different. I usually take ~10-30 hours for a fully rendered illustration. This is spread out over days. I aim for a 1-3 weeks max delivery timeframe, but it's possible for me to finish earlier. It may also take longer depending on how many commissions I need to do at once. (Please do not rush me because I will be in constant communication with you about the status of your commission!) Rest assured, you will be able to request progress pics.

Please provide references for the character and what you have in mind, especially any OC's. OC's are subject to extra cost if you want me to come up with the design. If you provide your OC design, there will be no extra cost!

When making an order about your OCs and providing references and descriptions, you guarantee to your best knowledge that you have not plagiarized or infringed upon other artists' designs and relieve me of any legal complications that may arise in the future.

I reserve the right to post your watermarked commission piece to my social media. If you don't want it to be published or you want me to hold off on publishing it until a certain date has passed, please let me know in advance! You may post your watermarked finished commission piece on your social media as well, but please credit, tag, and @ me if you do! If you ordered from me for commercial usage, you do not need to retain the watermark, but my artist name needs to be visible on the art and linked to my account in the content of your post.

I have the right to deny a commission order that I believe I cannot fulfill or makes me uncomfortable.

I generally do not take rush orders. (Exceptions can be made for exceptional cases.)

You may request the digital canvas size. I will default to A4 size with 350 dpi resolution in RGB if you do not say anything.
